Location, location, location.

If you want to succeed in business, there are 2 things you need - a relevant product, and the correct location. Without that, you're wasting your time. This little business started on this location, some years back. The motor licencing building is on the left, and to the right is the vehicle testing ground.

Each day, the licencing office services hundreds of people, registering cars or attempting to obtain a learners or drivers's licence. Without an ID photo to attach to the form, you will get no-where. Without a registered vehicle, or a driver's licence you'd have a very long walk to the nearest photographer.

Some years ago, these guys recognised the opportunity, brought a camera, printer, chair and sheet and started their business. Over the years their little office has progressed into this rather smart little prefab room. Every day, they have queue's of people who either forgot, or didn't know they needed a photo.

Because I detest having to wait in queues, whenever I need to deal with government type departments, I arrive just before they close the doors, so normally get done quite quickly. Today was only a 40 min wait. Usually it is at least 1.5 hours. By the time I was done, almost everyone else had already left.
