I can see flower petals and ...rice?? but what is that brown circular thing - money? and why the empty cup?
I hope you have a hindu reader to answer our ponderings.
Shannon, I have no idea what it is. Tried googling to find answers but couldn't find the details. Closest was that flowers are a very important part of the ceremony.
It would be great if one our Hindu visitors (or anyone else) could provide an explanation.
