Some days the sky is just so beautiful I have to take a photo. I was rather pleasantly surprised to see there are so many others who feel the same way that Tom even started a blog to bring them all together.
Through the Transkei
-
Up early again, cos everyone's itching to get through the Transkei. When
the bikes start revving, you know you'd better hurry, or you could be left
behind....

nice one! I fell from the sky. I'm a parachutist, and I missed my mark. Mine's up too hope you can visit.
This is great. The man walking along the beach looks like a model for another one of the signs you captured.
I have to start by saying welcome to Sky Watch Friday. and then move on to say the idea was not mine but Dots from http://strollingthroughgeorgia.blogspot.com/
It was her idea but kindly asked me to carry it on as she knew how much I enjoyed it.
Thanks for your picture today it is a cracker... these clouds really are awesome.. I would have liked to have stood there and watch them also.
Tom
Nice photo!
There's no doubt here ... those are african clouds ... sigh ... long time, no see clouds like those.
I lived in old Pretoria (now Tswhane, I guess) till 75. So I guess you can easily understand why I feel so happy everytime I get to see a south african blog!
Those clouds rule!
Very nice shot. Love it:)
Welcome! :)
Beautiful entry. :)

Mine in here Thanks
Very moody blue clouds!
that's a excellent image.
I like how you've composed the photograph with the eye weaving backwards to the sky! No swimming but dogs allowed? Are there sharks? Heehee
Great shot!
oh what a nice place this would be to spend a day
Awesome sky!
Welcome to Skywatch
Thank you for all the comments and lovely words of welcome.
WRT the sharks... Talk about true words spoken in jest!!..... This pic was taken at the Blue Lagoon - the mouth of the Umgeni River. It's a popular fising spot, for both people and sharks. Swim here and you have a really good chance of becoming shark bait to a ragged tooth, or perhaps a hammerhead.
Walking the dog on this beach is permitted, and while its not prohibited, it is still advisable to keep your dog out of the water as well!
