Looks like the aircon and for that matter, not much else works in this building. I guess the clean up of the city center overlooked this one.
Clearly not one of the Durban originals - no-one used concrete in those days. Even at their best, concrete buildings are most unattractive, and this one is nowhere near it's best at the moment.
