Déjà vu. (already seen).
It's more difficult to make interesting pics with our number plates as 1418 XR 77 or 4224 PL 10.
I suspect there may be a restriction on the number of letters one can use in these number plates, and I also suspect they may have wanted Déja vous, so this spelling is the best compromise.
I wonder what behavior the driver undertakes to want such a vanity plate - a stalker who just keeps turning up?
