One of the most helpful signs I've seen around! The pharmacy referenced here is in Wyebank - about 30km west of Durban.
This road will take you from Wyebank, through to the N3 at the top of Fields Hill. On a clear day the view down the valley, through to the sea, is magnificent.

I wish we'd seen a sign like this saying "Turn back 100km to Karkloof" last week... it would have saved us a trip into Durban...
