I thought the interior decor of the Phat Boyz restuarant in Scottburgh was simple and very pretty. It always amazes me at how much some people can do with relatively little - giving credence to the saying "less is more".
Of the biking breakfasts we have had so far, this was one of those on the top of the list - again for simplicity and quality in one meal. Certainly worth another visit.

I agree with your "less is more" comparison. This is a very uncluttered and sleek looking place. Probably a whole lot easier to focus on your food and conversation.
