The leaves have left.

Being the middle of winter, this acacia tree in Acacia Road is rather bare, and provides an interesting contrast against the sky.
In a few months time it will be sporting it's new outfit of green leaves and red flowers - just perfect for Christmas.

For more interesting view of the sky, don't forget Skywatch Friday.

We all look forward to Christmas but to know that you'll have 'spring'-like visions must be wonderfully inspiring!
Thanks for sharing such an interesting photo.

It always amazes me how one can have hot weather and in one part of the country and then cold in another on the same day. Will look forward to seeing it in your summer

The best part of SWF seeing the world! I love this photo-the bare trees against the blue cloudy sky. HArd to believe you'll have leaves when ours are all gone!

The leaves will soon leave here in my part of the world too.
But I love fall:) I love to walk when the it rains and the wind makes the leaves dance balett in the air. Just love it! I love the colours of fall. Orange, yellow, red and brown!
Thank for sharing!
